Kilian Raetzo – Leadership consultant. Swiss office.
Kilian’s aim is to help establish social systems and enterprises based on ethical principles.
He has lead outdoor training activity, multicultural projects and cooperative learning sessions for over 25 years and focuses on mindfulness, social change, team and organisational development. He is used to working with international clients and travelling the world offers him a wide perspective on global issues. Kilian’s education includes certification in Organisational Development and Coaching (Institute for Applied Social Sciences in Bad Ragaz), intercultural Project management (Institute for Communication and Leadership Lucerne), a Diploma in Social Education (BFF Berne) and Diplomas in Spiral Dynamics integral by Dr. Don Beck. He is also a Rockclimbing-, Ski-, Snowboard and Yoga-Instructor. Other training includes Art of Hosting, integral theory (Ken Wilber) and intensive mindfullness and meditation practices in various wisdom traditions.
Over the years Kilian initiated change initiatives such as openmindcafe.ch, DANA Association, open-space-now.org and Omni Heart Project in Switzerland. Languages are: Swiss German, German, English, French, Spanish. When he’s not serving the world, favourite hobbies are rock climbing, snowsports, sitting by a log fire or making music, preferably out in Nature.
