Our vision is distilled into four words "growing people and organisations". This short phrase captures the essence of LifeTree, the reason the organisation exists.
We see organisations as ‘living systems’ and our belief is that meaningful growth is a natural, organic process.
We focus on the individual, because without individual vision and intention, nothing happens. We help people develop or sharpen their vision, and help them create practical steps to achieve it. We focus on the organisation to help individuals and teams translate their corporate vision into action; developing the systems and processes to support this.
Everything we do, we do in partnership with the client. While we have a very practical focus on outcomes and delivery, we also have the ability to work with ‘what is there’, helping clients get to the heart of issues that are preventing quality relationships and improved performance. The way we work with our clients is a key part of this.
