Our values are central to the way we work. These influence approach and the process adopted, which in turn determines the holistic outcome of the work. It is possible to have what looks like a ‘successful’ outcome in the short term that is nevertheless destructive to the system in the long term. This is why values and ethos are critically important.
LifeTree’s approach is a mix of leading edge thinking and older wisdom. Simple, yet deep, we make space for complexity, emergence and connections. Along with achieving the required results, our approach improves the quality of relationships in the organisation.
LifeTree are careful not to have a solution looking for a problem! In other words, we only use a process or model if it makes sense to the client’s context and will deliver the client’s required results.
