“Well, it depends…” while true, is not always helpful! I’ve found giving a couple of practical examples really helps people connect with the kind of things we do and how we can help. Outlined below are some real life examples (with names changed to maintain confidentiality) of the kind of work we do by referring to three different contexts, working with an individual, with a team, and across an organisation.
