Ashleigh Dunn to join LifeTree team

Ashleigh brings a wealth of experience to the LifeTree team, having worked in senior management and strategic Organisation Development in the Health Service over the past 20 years.  “I’m really looking forward to this new chapter in my career; a real opportunity to support clients by getting involved in the nitty gritty of organisational development.” 

Ashleigh combines intellectual capacity, organisational awareness and significant influencing skills helping clients bring about meaningful change.  Her practical and grounded approach adds depth and value, augmenting LifeTree’s work with existing and future clients.

“I’m pretty uncompromising when it comes to values – serving the client.  If what we are doing does not bring value to the real ‘end user’ I’m likely to challenge the activity or focus.”  Ashleigh’s values led approach resonates with the LifeTree ethos, facilitating meaningful and lasting change in the organisations we serve.

Ashleigh will combine her work in LifeTree with a strategic role in the Scottish Leadership Foundation (SLF).
