Leadership in Complex Adaptive Systems

Joe is currently researching leadership from a systemic perspective with St Andrews University. He co-presented a paper entitled “Reconceptualising Entrepreneurial Leadership in International KITBF’s; a Living Systems Approach” with Dr Ian Robson, Director of the St Andrews Post Graduate Business School at the 31st Annual Conference of the Academy of International Business at the University of Ulster in April 2004. This research project has now grown to include Professors from McGill in Montreal and McGill in Northern Ireland, also becoming an international review particularly focused on Bio Tech Industry.
