Joe and Stewart also co presented a paper on “Leadership in Learning – “at the European Consortium for Organisational Learning in Dublin in May 2004. This conference paper was a summary of a learning journey at Roche Vitamins UK (now DSM Nutritional Products (UK) Limited) plant in Dalry on the West of Scotland, over a three year period; along with an introduction to the “World Café” model, using this model to generate creative conversations around the material shared.
This gave Joe an opportunity to explore areas that most interest him – leadership and learning, and also do it in a way that he finds most meaningful – grounded in practical experience with concrete outcomes.
