Team Development
There are many of different ways and times team development is necessary for example when a new team forms, new project is started, if there is conflict in the team, looking at the dynamics with in the team, when ever the team changes and member leaves or a member joins the team, if you want to move from being a good team to being an outstanding team, then the team requires development. Top team development is increasingly important for organisations existing in a very complex and changing environment. Developing openness in teams is critical to release their potential and maximise the effectiveness. Diversity in teams should be encouraged so that peoples voices and ideas are not only heard but they are encouraged to surface difference, this leading to enhanced quality of decision making, fresh and creative ideas, being able to consider a wider range of options, faster work, and the team successfully meeting its goals. Which is critical at any level of an organisation.
An intervention can be anything for 1/2 a day to 5 days or series of days depending on the needs of the team.
