We can design a bespoke coaching course for your managers that is contextualised in your product, service or culture but also takes into account the current level of skill your management team have in the area of coaching. We would draw from a number of models and approaches to develop the right coaching approach that fits with your culture and can help develop outstanding performance in the managers and also in the manager’s subordinates. We would work with you to co-design this course which could be between 3-5 days depending on content and desired outcomes and deliver this course either in house or at an external venue, depending on what best meets your needs.
