Developing organisational capacity
The Lifetree values and the way we work with our clients to build and develop their capacity is wrapped around every intervention. Lifetree is dedicated to “growing people and organisations”, sharing ideas and theory to develop skills and enhance capability.
Whilst focussing on the primary task when working with the client, we also engage in the secondary task of developing internal Organisational Development (OD) capacity to deliver similar interventions in the future. In these circumstances, we co-create the intervention and build in training so the client can develop the knowledge and skills to deliver in the future. Adding significant value, this leverages the consultancy spend/contribution, essential in the current climate.
